Saturday: 9:00am – 11:00am and 4:30pm-5:00pm

Sunday: 4:30 – 5:00pm

Telephone Enquiries:

We love talking to new and existing clients and welcome all telephone enquiries during our opening hours detailed above.

Please note, however, that if you call whilst we are welcoming an arrival or farewelling a departure your call may go through to our answering machine.  If this happens, we ask that you leave a short message with your name, phone number and brief details of your enquiry and we promise that we will come back to you as quickly as possible.

Alternatively, if you send an email with your enquiry we undertake to attend to it by close of business on the day that your enquiry is sent, or by 12 noon the following day for enquiries submitted late in the day or overnight (excluding Sunday’s).

If you are an existing customer looking to make a new booking, the most important details to include in your e-mail are:

  • Your Name
  • Date of Arrival
  • Date of Departure (please advise whether you will be doing a morning or afternoon pick-up)
  • Name of Pet(s)
  • Whether there are any changes to feed and/or medications since your pet’s previous stay

If you are a first-time customer looking to make a booking, we will need the following details:

  • The name, phone number, e-mail and physical addresses of any owners associated with your pet(s)
  • The name, breed, sex, colour, date of birth (approx.), weight (approx.) and desexing status of your pet(s)
  • A brief description of any relevant personality traits of your pet (e.g. friendly, shy, submissive, etc.)
  • Any medical requirements (list medication, timing & dosage)
  • Whether your pet is fed once or twice daily, and whether you would like us to feed our own food (which consists of a high quality dry food, combined with our own special homemade chicken, rice & vegetable mix), or whether you’d prefer to supply your own food (in which case provide a description of what you’ll provide, how much & how often to feed).
  • Date of Arrival
  • Date of Departure (please advise whether you will be doing a morning or afternoon pick-up)

If we do not already have your pet’s current vaccination on file, please remember to bring it with you for check in (or email it prior to check in).  Dogs require a current C5 or equivalent vaccination whilst cats require a current F3 vaccination.

We ask that all female guests are desexed, or if not desexed, we need to be fully satisfied that they are not going to be in season during their stay (this will need to be discussed over the telephone).

All guests are also required to have up-to-date flea & tick treatment.  At check-in, simply inform us what treatment you are using and the date of the most recent application.  If your pet’s flea & tick treatment is not up-to-date, we have a range of products that we can sell you and use to treat your pet on your behalf.
